The technician who came out was professional and did a great job. The office and his boss need to work on a few things. I ended up not going with this company to fix my AC for three main reasons. 1) The service fee without repair I was quoted over the phone was $59, but it turns out a weekend fee is $20 higher which I was not told about until I wasn't sure about having them do the repair. 2) I was quoted $150 by the technician but his boss increased the cost to $250 once the tech returned with the part. His boss should have just honored the $150 and he would have made more than the $59 he got paid. 3) The part that needed replacement was $10 at the most and took all of 5 mins to replace. I was willing to work with the company on a lower fee, but they wouldn't budge past $200. No thanks, I will pay the $59 and make the repair myself.
